About Me

I work with businesses of all sizes both locally in New Hampshire and around the country, providing professional website design, development and serving as the webmaster/web guy for hundreds of sites and companies.

Up until around 2006 I worked at a large corporation in various roles, such as software/product development, customer service and product support, marketing and as the webmaster.

Since then, I have been freelancing as Walnut Hill Design and am honored to have worked with some great people, companies and websites along the way.  My business has grown almost entirely by word of mouth and I still have clients from the early days.

My priorities and approach may be a little different than the big digital marketing agencies.

For me, it’s about using what I know to make a difference in your business and being a part of your team.

I’m not going to impress you with a large team, fancy presentation or slick office.  I just get right to the heart of it and cut out the fluff.  I’m fairly confident I can offer the same or better services as a large agency, but without all that overhead.

Ask any of my clients and you’ll know that trying to make money is not a top priority for me.  I’m always looking out for YOUR best interests.  INTEGRITY is important to me.

I take time to understand your industry, your business needs, your goals and your budget.

I don’t just build & move on to the next project.  Your website project does not and should not end when the site is launched.  Ongoing support and working with you to ensure your site and digital marketing are always functional and effective is part of the plan.

There are many advantages of choosing a smaller web design company or freelancer.

  • Direct communication with the people working on your project.  Everytime you contact me, the same person will be at the other end of an email, text, chat or phone call ready to help and we’ll remember you.
  • Less people working on a project.  Smaller teams and less meetings results in lower costs and usually faster completion times.  It certainly can be advantageous on large projects to have a team working on it, but for most projects keeping the number of people involved on both ends to a minimum will have a better end result.

Since, I’ve been at this for so long and tend to obsess about learning and knowing things, I have learned every aspect of the field.

    • Design, Usability and Development.
    • Server, Domain, DNS, & Hosting.
    • SEO
    • Content Writing for Web
    • Ads
    • Analytics
    • eCommerce
    • Graphic Design
    • & more
  • You’re never just another project getting pushed through the process.  Every client and project is personal and I work hard to go above and beyond.
